Situated above Papillion and Dimples Bikini Bars on infamous Mango Avenue in Cebu, Philippines is the Love City KTV. The bar is actually looks as if it is on the ground level, but you'll have to take some stairs to get up to the club. The layout is kind of interesting as it is a fairly large club with a round dance stage in the middle of the room. Lounge chairs are around the perimeter of the stage with tables and seats scattered around the floor area.
The club is not well lit, but what club is.The bar sits at the back of the club, with hall ways to private KTV rooms in the back. Japanese and Koreans love this bar, because they can go to the privacy of the KTV rooms and the girls are slender thing, all 18 and 19 years old. You won't find bargirls or dancers with strech marks in this club.
As mentioned, the talent is all 18 and 19 year old hot Filipina pussy. It's most likely the reason the ladies drinks and barfine cost so much. The clubs prices are along the same prices of clubs like Arena, Jaguar KTV or Infinity. Ladies drinks cost around 270p and a barfine will set you back 4000p. This usually doesn't include a tip for the bargirl. If you're looking for companionship for the evening, you're looking at around 8000p or $200 for the entire night. Be careful, as these younger bargirls love to scam you out of time. Make sure they understand the barfine is for the entire evening, and no early departure. These hotties love to go back out to clubs like Juliana and Pump and dance until dawn with their friends.
One problem with the clubs is the age of the models that work there. Asian customers are willing to pay more and dont' take shit from bargilrs they barfine. Perhaps if more Americans were firm in the negotiations at the clubs, they wouldn't be so stupidfied when they got back to the hotel and their girl takes off around 3:00am after sex.
