This upscaled club sits on just near Osmena Circle in downtown Cebu City.   Volvo KTV is owned and operated by the same owners of Gold Finger, Infinity KTV, Love City KTV, and Thunderdome. Volvo actually sits right next to Thunderdome on the same street.

It's an upscale club catoring to businessmen of all sorts. There seemed to be lots of Filipino men in the club the night we were there to review the club. Prices are steep, compared to Bikini Bars in Cebu. There are no barfines, but you can take a model to the back room for some KTV room fun. Ladies drinks are around 280p, which are not bad compared to clubs like Gold Finger and Arena KTV. The club is a little run down, but you will be surprised at how lively and energetic the place is on a Wednesday through Saturday evening.   The bargirls and the stereo system bring the energy way up, so it's a fun place to party.

This club features models dancing on stage. The models have numbers. You can table a model to buy her a ladies drink for company. Every three or four sets of models, featured dancers come up on stage and strip naked.
